Sarah Collicott

Sarah Collicott is a curator and art historian based in Riyadh, and the founding Director of Constant Art.
She has over 30 years of international experience in culture and visual arts, working across both commercial and public sectors, with a specialist focus on arts and culture in the public realm. Her expertise lies in producing overarching cultural strategies and commissions, and the project management and delivery of site-specific and bespoke arts projects, with artistic outputs that are ephemeral, temporary, permanent, and architecturally-integrated.
Working on projects in the Gulf region over the last 18 years and based in KSA for the last four, she also supports the practices of local emerging artists, and curates and manages extensive corporate art collections for multinational organisations.
She has written and contributed to a number of books on public art and is a regular speaker at local and international arts festivals and events.

Hajar is a Riyadh-based project manager and art consultant.
Hajar holds a degree in Marketing Management from King Faisal University in Dammam. She is fluent in English and Arabic. Specialising in public relations, sales, and strategy in the cultural sector across the MENASA region, Hajar’s experience includes over 7 years of organising international exhibitions and expositions across KSA.

Nouf is a Riyadh-based assistant project manager and art consultant.
Nouf AlFaleh is a tourism specialist with a BA in Heritage Management and Tour guidance. She has worked with the Saudi Tourism Authority, Ministry of Culture, and Pangaea Adventure Club, specializing in tourism product design, event coordination, and visitor engagement. Her experience includes managing trips, logistics, and guiding diverse audiences. Notable projects include the Student Trips Project, Harvard Trip to Saudi Arabia, Trojena Project, and Minzal Event during Diriyah Season 2024, where she led operations and team coordination. Nouf is dedicated to promoting Saudi culture through curated travel experiences.

Raghad is a Riyadh-based assistant project manager and art consultant.
Raghad is a heritage and cultural management specialist with a BA in Heritage Resources Management and Tourism Guidance. She has experience working in museums, heritage sites, and cultural programs across Saudi Arabia. Her work includes heritage documentation, guided tours, site visits, and cultural research, as well as supporting the delivery of major cultural events such as Noor Riyadh Art Festival and the Saudi Cup. Raghad has a strong interest in cultural heritage, visitor experience, protocol coordination, event operations, museum guiding, and the practical work behind heritage and cultural projects.
Notable projects include Noor Riyadh Art Festival 2021 & 2023 & 2024. Wrote and edited scripts in both English and Arabic as a stargazing expert. Coordinated protocol guest arrivals and departures and provided detailed information on festival attractions.

Gaida is a Riyadh-based cultural and curatorial adviser.
Gaida Almogren is an artistic director, curator, and designer with extensive experience in art, architecture, and cultural programming. She has led major exhibitions and public art initiatives in Saudi Arabia, including Noor Riyadh Light Art Festival, Lights of Reverence, and La Collection Digital Art Exhibition.
As the founder of Athel Design Architectural Consultancy, she has worked on high-profile projects across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and Europe, blending contemporary design with cultural heritage.
Beyond her curatorial and design work, Gaida is an influential voice in the art world, regularly speaking at cultural forums and contributing to leading publications. She authored key texts for the Saudi Pavilion at the 2023 Architecture Biennale and the Woven Portraits exhibition. Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, she continues to shape the dialogue around art, architecture, and cultural identity in the region.

Rotana Shaker is a curator specializing in modern and contemporary art, with experience in exhibition development, artist commissions, and cultural programming. She is currently a curator at Art Jameel, where she leads projects that foster regional and international artistic exchange. Previously, she served as an assistant curator for the National Pavilion of Saudi Arabia at the 59th Venice Biennale and held curatorial fellowships with institutions such as Punk Orientalism and The Miriam and Ira D. Wallach Art Gallery at Columbia University.
Rotana has worked with major cultural institutions including the Whitney Museum of American Art, Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and New Museum in New York. She has contributed to notable exhibitions and publications, focusing on contemporary artistic practices in the Middle East.
